Terms and Conditions

It is a requirement of entry that winners are prepared to be involved in publicity and promotional activities related to the awards e.g. media interviews. It is also a requirement that winners allow the FPA to promote their name, photograph, individual company and licensee name and the full details contained in the Written Submission as part of the Awards promotions. Client names will remain anonymous unless the client agrees to take part in publicity.

The FPA Award 2019 trophy given to a winner will remain the property of the FPA and must be returned to the Association if a recipient is found to be criminally or ethically negligent of professional duty.

The prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2020.

All elements of the prizes are subject to availability and approval by the FPA, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

Events may occur that render the awarding of the prize/s impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the FPA and accordingly the FPA may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the FPA as a result thereof. By becoming an entrant in the FPA Awards 2019, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the rules. Compliance with the rules is the sole responsibility of the entrant.

All finalists must be available to supply additional information (if required) and be available to present to the judging panel during the week of 14 – 21 October with an audit to occur in late October at the finalists' place of work. If you are not available during these times, the finalist will be removed from the award category.
